Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to any agency or business (“you”) that orders services from RankBrook (“we”, “us”). By checking out or submitting an intake brief, you agree to them.

2. The service

We build links to target URLs you choose, on a monthly subscription per target URL, and deliver a white-label report. Plans: Foundation (5 indexed links per URL per month), Growth (10) and Authority (20). Link types vary by plan and are described on the Pricing page.

3. No ranking guarantee

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Search results depend on many factors outside our control. Our commitment is limited to delivering live, indexed links as described in these terms and the Guarantee.

4. What counts as a delivered link

A link counts toward your plan only when it is live, points at the agreed target URL, sits on a relevant site, and the linking page is indexed by Google when we check. Links not yet indexed are reported as pending and carried over.

5. Approval and refunds

Every order is reviewed after intake. We confirm approval within one business day. If we decline a project, we refund that order in full. We may decline niches listed in our Acceptable Use policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• You have the right to order links for each target URL and to provide the business details you submit.
• Information you give us is accurate, and you will tell us about legal or regulatory limits that apply to your client.
• You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including what you charge them.

7. White-label and confidentiality

Reports carry your branding. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to. We keep your client list and brief details confidential.

8. Billing, pricing and cancellation

Prices are per target URL per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Orders of 3 or more URLs receive 20% off each URL, applied at checkout. You can change plans or cancel any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are given except as stated in section 5. Failed payments may pause work.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected target URL in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email active customers about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
