The basics
What is RankBrook?
White-label link building for SEO and marketing agencies. You choose the pages, we build relevant links to them, and you get a monthly report with your branding on it.
Who is it for?
Agencies that sell SEO to their own clients and want link building they can resell without managing it.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We guarantee relevant links that are live and indexed, and a report that shows every one. Rankings depend on many things outside a link builder’s control.
Links and quality
What counts as a link?
A live link to your target page, on a relevant site with real traffic, where Google has indexed the linking page.
What link types do you build?
Niche and industry directories, local citations, industry listings, local resource pages, and outreach placements. Higher plans include more outreach.
Do you use PBNs or link farms?
No. No private networks, no spam, no automated blasts, no sitewide footer links.
What if a link disappears?
If it’s removed or deindexed within 90 days of being reported, we replace it at no charge.
How do you choose anchors?
We follow your anchor rules from the brief. By default the mix leans heavily on brand and naked URLs, with a small share of partial-match anchors.
White-label and reporting
Will my clients know you exist?
No. Reports carry your branding only, and we never contact your clients unless you invite us.
When does the first report arrive?
About 30 days after we receive a complete brief. Reports then arrive monthly for each target URL.
Can you send reports straight to my client?
Yes. Choose direct delivery at intake and we send them under your brand, with your reply-to address.
Billing
How is pricing calculated?
Per target URL, per month. Each URL gets its own plan. Order 3 or more URLs and every one drops 20%, applied at checkout.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Change plans or cancel any time in your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
What happens after I pay?
You complete one intake brief per URL. We confirm approval within one business day. If we can’t take the project, we refund in full.
