• Account and order details: agency name, contact name, email, and billing details (card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Intake briefs: target URLs, keywords, business details for citations, branding files, and instructions.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email.
• Site usage: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through server logs and cookies needed to run the site.

How we use it

To deliver and report on the service, process payments, respond to questions, send service emails, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the service (for example payment processing, hosting, email and form tools), and where business listings require public business details you provided. We may disclose information if required by law.

End-client information

Business details you submit for your clients are used only to build the requested links and listings. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Retention

We keep order and report records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@rankbrook.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
