Guarantee
Indexed, or it doesn’t count. Here is exactly what we promise, and what we don’t.
1. Only live and indexed links count
A link counts toward your monthly plan only when it is live, points at your target URL, sits on a relevant site with real traffic, and Google has indexed the linking page when we check. Links that are built but not yet indexed are listed in your report as pending and carried over until they qualify.
2. 90-day replacement
If a reported link is removed, changed so it no longer points at your target URL, or the linking page is deindexed within 90 days of the report it first appeared in, we replace it with a link of the same type or better at no charge. Replacements are shown in your report.
3. How to claim
We monitor reported links ourselves. You can also email support@rankbrook.com with the report month and the link. We confirm and schedule the replacement in the next cycle.
4. What is not covered
- Changes you or your client make that remove or block the link (for example changing the target URL, redirects, or noindexing the page).
- Links removed at your request.
- Accounts cancelled or unpaid at the time of the claim.
5. No ranking promises
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or leads. Links help pages compete; results depend on many factors outside our control.
